Terms of Service

1. Order confirmation
By placing an order, you initiate a purchase request for the product on your behalf. Our store reserves the right to refuse any order, including but not limited to insufficient inventory, incorrect pricing, and suspected fraudulent orders. The order will only be officially confirmed as completed after we have shipped the goods and provided the logistics tracking number.
2. International logistics and delivery exemption
(1) All delivery times displayed on the website are estimated working days only and do not guarantee a fixed delivery date. The standard cross-border transportation time is 15-25 working days, excluding weekends, local statutory holidays, and customs clearance time.
(2) Cross border packages may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections in the destination country, weather, logistics delays, and changes in local policies, which may result in longer transportation times. If any losses are incurred due to logistics delays resulting in missed birthdays, parties, or other events, our store will not be liable for any compensation.
(3) Once the package is sent out of the warehouse, it cannot be intercepted, cancelled, or the address cannot be changed. Orders that are cancelled midway after shipment are not accepted.
(4) During international transportation, logistics information updates may be intermittent, and a long period of no updates does not necessarily mean that the package is lost. If you have any needs, we will assist in following up with the logistics provider.
3. Return, cancellation of orders, and refund rules (compliant with the UK/EU 14 day no reason regulation)
(1) Before shipment: If the order has not been shipped, the customer can apply for a full refund.
(2) Shipped orders (UK/EU buyers): You have a statutory 14 day unconditional return right from the date of receipt of the goods. You need to inform us of your return intention within 14 days and send back the unused, undamaged, and fully packaged goods within the following 14 days.
(3) All international return shipping fees and customs taxes incurred during the return process shall be fully borne by the buyer. The shipping fee at the time of original order shipment will not be refunded.
(4) If there are signs of use, damage, or missing packaging on the returned product, our store has the right to deduct the corresponding payment and not issue a full refund.
4. Product Description Disclaimer
We strive to ensure the accuracy of product images, text, and parameters. Minor differences caused by color differences on mobile/computer screens and minor version iterations of accessories are not considered as product quality issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our store does not bear any indirect or derivative losses, including but not limited to: additional expenses caused by logistics delays such as event losses, travel delays, emotional losses, etc. The maximum compensation amount for our store shall not exceed the total paid price of your order.
6. Clause modification and contact information
Our store reserves the right to update these terms of service without prior notice. All transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
